Data not being synced

The data (categories and expenses) are not being synced

  1. Make sure you have "Sync with iCloud" setting enabled, to enable go to Settings -> (Tap) Enable Sync -> (Tap) Yes. 
    To further debug you can also enable the sync notifications, to do this go to Settings -> (Tap) Sync Notifications -> (Tap) Yes.
    This way it's possible to view all setps of the syncronization system, start sync from iCloud, finish sync from iCloud, start sync to iCloud, finish sync to iCloud.

  2. Make sure that both devices have Sync with iCloud enabled, check step one on how to enable.

  3. Make sure that both devices have the same iCloud account associated.

If after following the above steps you are unable to syncronize the data contact us using the following methods:
If you contact us by email, make sure to identify the subject of your contact.
